PAJet is an engineering thermoplastic with print parameters similar ABS. PAJet is composed of amide groups of a certain number in a macromolecule. This number of groups in the polymerization gives PAJet properties that are suitable for printing more sophisticated engineering plastic on desktop printers as well. The properties of this print media are specific to conventional materials, such as higher thermal resistance up to 160 ° C, higher impact strength and high abrasion resistance.

Filament PM PAJet 160 Nylon Natur

PAJet is an engineering thermoplastic with print parameters similar ABS. PAJet is composed of amide groups of a certain number in a macromolecule. This number of groups in the polymerization gives PAJet properties that are suitable for printing more sophisticated engineering plastic on desktop printers as well. The properties of this print media are specific to conventional materials, such as higher thermal resistance up to 160 ° C, higher impact strength and high abrasion resistance.

Engineering thermoplastic with printing parameters similar to ABS:

  • printing temperature 235°C
  • printing conditions are the same as for ABS
  • heated Bed Temperature 110°C
  • speed: 40mm/s
  • preparation of bed: Kapton Tape, ultem or office paper sticked by glue to heated glass-bed.
